Screening Process
 

Job Details are as follows:

Role:  Customer Care Representative (Online)
Department:  Customer Relations
Reporting to:  Customer Care Supervisor (Online)
Qualification:  First Degree
Age:  Must be 27yrs or less
Language:  One language in addition to English
 

Candidates will be put through a very extensive screening process as follows:

  1. GSE Scores for aptitude test screening
  2. Personality Assessment (via questionnaire at this site)
  3. Phone Comfort Assessment (short-listed candidates will be called)
  4. Typing Speed Assessment (you will be invited to a test centre)
