Job Summary
 

Resolve Customer Queries

  1. Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining the acceptable service quality standard
  2. Follow through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution and feedback
  3. Escalate and route customer issues to the relevant process operators
  4. Perform necessary system transactions related to customer request
  5. Use organization and time management tools to track cases and meet turn-around-times and other required metrics

Promote Company Products and Services

  1. Market Company products and services to current and potential customers
  2. Provide advice to customers on what package(s) will suit their needs
  3. Enlighten and educate customers on new products and initiatives within the Company
  4. Educate customer on use of products and services
  5. Provide information regarding account or product enquiries

Reports

  1. Document actions taken to resolve client problems.
  2. Generate periodic reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by Team Lead

Job Conditions

  1. Extended work hours including shifts and weekends
  2. Employment contract will be with a 3rd party HR provider and you will be further seconded to the Cellular Telecommunications Company
